Muktzah is defined as any object that has no purpose on Shabbat or Yom Tov. As such, there are things that may be Muktza to one person, but not to someone else. (Ex: A hammer is used for building and therefore is Muktza... unless someone works in a kitchen and normally uses a hammer to open coconuts.)
